That's why the assessment starts when you pull into the parking lot, where the service advisor or service attendant takes pictures of your car's exterior and interior, notes the mileage and fuel levels, and checks for any warning lights. It's then handed off to our auto technicians who do a pre-drive inspection, check oil levels, and any system that affects the vehicle's driving, once the vehicle is safe to drive the auto technician will perform a pre-service test drive. Then, we put your vehicle in the bay to start the full digital visual inspection. We check all major components such as brakes, tires, belts, hoses, leaks, suspension mainly any safety concerns and wear and tear. We take pictures of any failed components or leaks, we test certain fluids for breakdown properties and scan your car using our diagnostic tools with a completed digital inspection including any pictures that might help you see your car's issues. We then send you the report via email or text for your viewing. Next, we follow up with a phone call to discuss your options.
